On Valentine's Day, 02/14/2009, while driving on a freeway in St Louis Missouri, heading towards a nice restaurant to celebrate the day, the car engine light came on, the car started to sputter and it was impossible to go faster than 15 miles an hour. The sudden drop in speed while in heavy fast moving traffic, was extremely dangerous trying to get out of traffic. It was extremely difficult to get the car to a safe place and try to get some help. After dying out in a church parking lot, called the Chrysler Dodge (800) number and they sent out a tow truck. The local Dodge dealerships were closed for the weekend, being after 4:30pm on a Saturday. We had to get a ride to the local airport, find a car rental place, then drive the 100 miles back home.
