All I really want to know is how many of these Neon's had the same problem, specifically on the Hood. My Granddaughter pointed out one just like mine and it had a hood/paint problem. We didn't have time to stop and look closely because we had an appointment.
My husband had a 1988 Ford F250 repainted at Ford's expense in the 1990's, because there were so many complaints like his. It was the gun metal, or charcoal color paint. I know 2004 is old, but if enough people have had this problem, maybe...
