While driving at approximately 55 mph vehicle in front stopped suddenly, causing consumer to rearend the other vehicle. Upon impact, dual airbags did not deploy, causing injuries in face/arms and neck. Vehicle possibly was totaled.
While driving at 60 mph vehicle struck another vehicle in the rear, and seat belts did not restrain, and air bags did not deploy. Dealer has been contacted.
Consumer was traveling 40-50mph and another vehicle pulled out in front & severely damaged consumer's vehicle front end. Also, upon impact, front air bags didn't deploy.

Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision at 65mph. Upon impact, the airbags did not deploy, and the restraints did not retract, resulting in minor injuries. The manufacturer has been notified.
