The engine light came on so I pulled into the Dodge dealer in Avondale. They put in on the machine and 1 1/2 hrs. later told me the sensor had to be replaced, they said it would take 2 hrs. give or take a few minutes. That was at 10:30 am and at 1:30 pm I asked if the car was ready and he said they didn't even have the parts yet. I asked him what was taking so long and he said the person was stopping at several places to pick up different parts. He came and told me at 2:30 that they would be there by 3:15 for sure. Well at 3:45 he told me that they couldn't get the part out without the casing breaking and they don't have that part in stock either and that would be $300. We had sat there for 6 1/2 hrs. and nothing was done!!! I was so ticked I was fumeing. B. Merritt
