Vehicle had ongoing / intermittent problem with jerking and stalling while driving at any speed or slowing down to come to a complete stop. Vehicle would restart within 10-15 minutes later. Vehicle had been to dealer on three occasions. Dealer replaced ignition switch on one occasion, but the problem still recurring.
Ignition switch-I stop to the store one monrning and when returning to my vehicle to start, I couldn't turn the ignition switch. I had to have the car towed to the dealership and they had to replace my ignition cylinder because it locked up, which cost me $386.02. I had this car for only 3 years. Will it be every 3 years I have to spend close to $400 to replace the cylinder again?
When starting vehicle ignition has caused problems with not starting or getting stuck. She has replaced ignition switch twice, and was told by mechanic that it was unsafe to continue driving vehicle.
