The plastic covering contiually breaks off and keys sometimes get stuck in the seatbelt locking mechanism making it almost impossible to get the seatbelt to release. The paint is bubling and coming off. I have seen it on numerous Neons painted the same lapis blue color as mine.
Consumer was involved in an accident where the driver's seatbelt came out of the buckle, causing the consumer to fly through the window. The seatbelt will unlatch by itself just by a normal pull and without pressing the buckle.
