We bought our 2007 Dodge Magnum SXT in August 2008 with about 25,000 miles on it & of course we liked it , The first time I decided to hand wash it so I could remove the old wax & bugs the dealer missed . Started to look real nice but when I got to the front left fender I thought I had gotten tar on it but it turns out the paint had never been dried properly so when I applied pressure it must have popped any bubbles that formed underneath . If I been one of the constant drive through car wash people it might never had shown up ,but I like to make sure my car is clean when it's supposed to be.
Careful when you wash your cars now you don't want to wash off the quality paint jobs that - by the way Dodge won't stand behind - you pay thousands of dollars for. I could understand if I screwed up the whole car , but this was one fender in the middle of the wash. Pride in workmanship !
