The contact stated while driving vehicle it will pull to the right. The dealer said it was out of alignment. This caused the tread to wear off the tires. The dealer realigned the front and rear suspension to factory specifications. They did not offer an explanation why the vehicle was out of alignment. The problem seemed to improve, but was progressively getting worse. The dealer referred her to contact the manufacturer.
