The contact owns a 2005 Dodge Magnum SE. The rear passenger and driver seat belt doesn't come with an automatic locking mode. She stated that when putting a child safety seat in one of those seats it doesn't restrain the child securely. The dealer informed her that the vehicle doesn't come equipped with that feature. The contact was not informed before purchasing the vehicle. The failure mileage was 30,000 and the current mileage was 36,000.
