The contact owns a 2018 Dodge Journey. The contact stated while driving at approximately 5 MPH, the passenger-??s side headrest detached. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the passenger-??s side headrest needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 63,000.
