Chrysler told the dealer to tell me that all Journeys still have 5 reserve gallons in the tank when it reads empty. I worked at a Chrysler dealer for 17 years. I know BULL SH*T when I hear it. Reserve gas, OH YEAH. I don't think this dealership has a mechanic who knows what to do. Either check my fuel pump in the tank or the gauge on the dash or my PCM. When it say empty, I can only put 11 1/2 gallons back and it's full. I have a 20 1/2 gallon tank. Please help. When I called Chrysler told me the 20 1/2 gallon tank actually holds 24 1/2 gallons. I don't have much faith in Chrysler anymore.
