2016 Dodge Journey...Shocks/Struts....My car is stiff. No bounce to it driving down the road. When hitting a bump there is no bounce. My husband noticed this driving down the highway. I took it to two different mechanics to have it looked at. They both stepped on the back to see if it had any give or bounce. My car was completely stiff, no give. I do not believe a basically newer car with low mileage, that I should have to replace the Shocks/Struts already! Plus I cannot afford to do this at this time. I bought my Journey in April 2017 through a dealership. The warranty is off without any extended warranty. Not Impressed!
