NO ACCELERATION WHILE TRYING TO PASS A CAR ON A 2 LANE HIGHWAY GOING 50MPH TRIED TO PASS CAR AT SAME SPEED WOULD NOT ACCELERATE PAST MY CURRENT SPEED. GAS PEDAL ALL THE WAY TO FLOOR NO POWER. WHEN I GOT TO A SAFE ROAD TO TEST ACCELERATION I TRIED TO ACCELERATE AND VEHICLE HAD NO POWER THEN SPUTTERED TIL I STOPPED. VERY DANGEROUS... TAKING BACK TO DEALERSHIP TOMORROW TO CHECK IT OUT - HAD VEHICLE EXACTLY 1 YEAR.
Put foot on gas to go and nothing. There was no acceleration at all. Just coasted off the road into the grass. Towed to dealership. Said nothing wrong with it. Huh? They drove it and it is just a figment of my imagination. Amazing...been driving since 1971, never had an accident, yet I don't know how to push down a gas pedal and make the car go???
