I have a 2015 Dodge Journey with a 2.4 L. I bought the vehicle at 46,000 miles now at 56,000 transmission slips nobody’s willing to help dealers warrantees end it in 2020. I called and complain to the Dodge dealership and they say there is no recall for my vehicle but there are same problems with other vehicles of the same make and model, but they won’t recall mine. Can anybody help?
Update from Jun 12, 2021: I have a 2015 Dodge Journey with the 2.4 L bought the vehicle at 46,000 miles. Now the vehicle is at 56,000 miles and the transmission started to go on Friday. Now with the video provided you can see it for yourself. I contacted the Dodge dealership & they were no help. I contacted the other dealership that I bought the vehicle from and they were no help. They say there’s nothing they could do. How could you have a transmission slip only 10,000 miles that’s crazy I’ve talk to six different mechanics and they say that makes no sense at such a low mileage they have recalls for the same make your model but it goes by vin. And apparently my vehicle wasn’t in the mix so if anybody could help, we will appreciate it
