Any time the temp gets below 8 degrees or colder, the squeals and wines so loud and bad it wakes up my neighbors. The power steering stays hard for a few blocks before it works. I also have been experiencing my transmission not shifting out of first gear, and will go up too 5000 RPM,s before shifting. Chrysler corp and the dealership state this is normal and can't fix it. They refuse to buy back under Minnesota lemon laws. I have been to service dept 6 times in seven months. My vehicle has been in shop over 2 months in the last 7 months of owning it. This really sucks.
