Received original Recall for the reprogram of powertrain control module, so I took the journey to the Dodge dealer 07/19/2018 and per their statement, completed the U49 PCM Reprogram Recall. Today 10/24/19 when driving on the free way, the Cruse Control locked and would not turn off. I contacted the Dodge dealer and they stated: "As they completed the Recall there was nothing they could do" and suggested I contact Dodge. I contacted Dodge and was told that I was never sent a Recall and there was no report from the Dodge dealership that I had this Recall done on my car. They also stated there was nothing they could do. I suggest if you received this Recall that you have it checked again as IT DID NOT WORK. Dodge does not care if you die due to this issue as I was told. NOT THEIR PROBLEM - THE RECALL DIDN'T WORK.
