I HAVE CONTACTED DODGE FCA SEVERAL TIMES TO ADVISE THEM REGARDING THIS ISSUSE WITH THE TUBING ON THAT GOES FROM THE WINDSHIED RESERVIOR TO THE PUMP TO SQUIRT WINDSHIELD ANTI ICE CRAP ON MY WINDSHEILD ON BAD MORNING OR RAINING OR FREEZING DRIVES. THEIR RESPONSE WAS SO STUPID. THEY TOLD ME SINCE I LIVED IN A HORRIBLE CLIMATE AND THE AGE OF MY VEHICLE THEY COULD DO NOTHING TO STAND BY THEIR CHOICE TO USE INFERIOR TUBING THAT CRACKED IN MY GENTLY USED DODGE JOURNEY.
I AM RETIRED AND JUST HAVE AROUND 30 THOUSAND MILES ON IT. SO I TOLD THEM THEY CAN LIE TO THEIR FRIEND AND I WILL LIE TO MINE BUT DO NOT LIE TO ME FIRST OF ALL, I DO NOT LIVE IN A DESERT CLIMATE LIKE TUCSON OR NEEDLES CALLI OR LAS VEGAS, NEVADA NOR DO I LIVE IN A EXTREME FREZZING CLIMATE ZONE EITHER. AND SINCE I LIVE IN A MILD CLIMATE HOW IN THE HELL IS THE REST OF THE DODGE JOURNEY FLEETS OF VEHICLES DOING IN THESE HOT AND COLD FREZZING CLIMATES WITH BROKEN TUBING? SO I DEMANDED THEY FOOT THE REPAIR BILL. THEY OFFERED FOR ME TO FIRST PAY BILL THEN PROVIDE PROOF OF REPAIR THEN THEY WOULD REVIEW FOR REBATE. HAHAHA YEAH I FELL OFF THE DING DONG TRUCK? I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF ANY OTHER DODGE JOURNEY OWNERS ARE HAVING SAME ISSUSE AND IF SO IT SHOULD BECOME A RECALL EFFORT?
