It's awful, I got a new car thinking it would be better. I have had nothing but problems with this Dodge since I bought it. I've replaced the battery 5 times and still having the same problem. I am a single mom who doesn't have money to keep going thru this and still have to make a car payment. There is something wrong because there will be times that I am driving and the car will just go dead on me in the middle of the road while driving. So I am making this report in case of my death there is a report made.

Journey Limited 3.6L V6

I can't believe you make a car that has such bad parts! To have to replace an alternator at just 60,000 miles is crazy! We just went out to get in my car and nothing! I have been told that these cars are known for Transmission and alternator problems! And now I have had both! I mean if you are going to recall alternators in one of your models of your cars then you should all of them in this time frame!

The Dodge Charger was recalled for the alternator in 2011-2014. But not the Journey or any other models!

Journey Crew V6

Snow about 1ft deep kills battery and car must be towed to dodge to replace battery under car near left front tire

Dec 2014 was 1st occurrence as snow was 1 ft deep

Dec 2015 is 2nd occurrence as snow was over 1ft deep

In both situations, car was in a fairly protected location in driveway.
