The contact owns a 2013 Dodge Journey. While driving 45 mph, the ABS warning indicator illuminated. The contact also stated that she was unable to set her cruise control. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the ABS pump needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer and manufacturer were not notified. The failure mileage was 121,977. The VIN was invalid.
The contact owns a 2013 Dodge Journey. While driving 70 mph, the contact heard an abnormal noise and the ABS, check engine, and traction control warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram pembroke pines (13601 pines blvd, pembroke pines, fl 33027, 954-446-8775) where it was diagnosed that the anti-lock brake module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and stated that the repairs had nothing to do with the failures. The manufacturer stated that they would call her back, but the contact had not received a call. The failure mileage was approximately 36,000. Consumer stated she went to picked up her car, she was charged $766 and recall was not done. Car is still doing what consumer brought it in for. Brake module is still bad, I'm sure I will need another brake job. Updated 10/17/18
