RIDICULOUS!!!! Brand new vehicle and the transmission shutters when shifting gears. I was told by one dealership that they "reset" the computer chip and should be okay. NOT!!! I just took it to another dealership and was told that it is "NORMAL" for the transmission to shutter in the Dodge Journey models. WHAT!!!!! NORMAL!!!!!!!! NO WAY!!!! Now waiting to hear from Chrystler to see what they say. There is no way that this is normal! And if Chrystler says it's normal then they can have it back so I can go back to CHEVY!
