First of all, I love the car. Anything can happen to any car any time. I've owned mostly Chrysler Products and have had total satisfaction. I bought this Journey used a year and a half ago and just recently I heard a ticking noise in the engine. Just had a third oil change since my purchase of the car and the cup the oil filter sits in was full of metal shavings. Had it checked out with my mechanic and they called the dealer, since the powertrain is still under warranty A new motor will be put in the vehicle. Won't know what the original cause is until the work is actually done.
