I was on the road for 10 min when the Eco Charge mode went on. Just as I asked myself why it was going on, the battery light came on. I had a 35 km to do to go home so I decided to go on (it was midnight). I turned off the fan, the radio and I put minimum light for my security. After 30 km the air bags lights, the power brakes and the assist drive lights came on. After 32 km the alternator seems to have difficulty changing speeds. I finally arrived at home not sure my car will restart the next morning.
The next morning it did start. I left it in my parking lot and went to the dealer to get a new battery. It was a pain in the ass to change the dam battery which is located behind the front wheel. I restarted a few times and everything seem to be fine. My wife took it with the kid to see her family and the eco charge mode plus the battery light went on again.
