When my car hit 55000K I turned on the heater and it made a consistent whirring noise. I didn't make it to the dealership until 63000K and was told the blower motor is making the noise and needs to be replaced for $2400 dollars and that my warranty was over at 60000K funny how that works so I said piss off and refused to fix it. It is now 4 years later and it still makes the noise and is annoying as hell but i have heat and a radio to turn up so I'm good with it. Seriously though a car with 55K on it should not be having an issue like that, what a POS!
