Ok, I bought a new jeep with all the trimming because I didn't want to be running back and forth to the mechanic. A week after having the jeep it start to slow down on acceleration, I mean my foot would be all the way down on the gas and the jeep wouldn't go it just kept slowing down. I took it back to the dealer and explain the problem, they told me nothing was wrong with it that how that jeep runs. The next 2 weeks the engine light came on and I was back at the repair center, that's when they told me it was nothing major it is just a heating sensor that is bad and need to be replaced. 3 months later I am still waiting for the part to be replaced. First it took 3 wks for the part to be ordered then another 8 days for an appointment only to find out they got the wrong part so the part had to be reordered I have not been given a date for the repair. In the meantime the jeep is working like sh*t and I am made to feel by the dealers it's no big deal. I am so frustrated, I love the jeep otherwise, it is designed for travel which I do a lot of in connection with my work. HELP.
