CarComplaints.com Notes: The Dodge Journey got a major overhaul in 2011. Let's hope it's better than the first generation (2009-2010) -- it couldn't be much worse.
Took it to the Dodge Dealer and he proceeded to tell me that he owns 3 Dodges and has never had a problem with the touch screen. I say that makes him the luckiest man in the world. My Dodge Journey is trippin'. Screen goes on, screen goes off, says different things. No control of climate and the worst part is no radio!
Also, now I'm sort of afraid of the car. Who's to say it won't decide to speed up, slam on the brakes, Lord knows what else. Next time I'm buying a Chevy! These Dodges are crap. My husband babies his Charger and it's touch screen is going out too. Crap, crap, crap!!!
