Like a lot of other Chrysler owners the horns blow intermittently driving or stationary with the key out. Googled it and seems that Chrysler knew they have a problem with the TIPM module and allowed their dealers to replace batteries etc trying to fix it and costing owners $$$$$$ and inconvenience. Sometimes it can operate lights and windows, and stop the car while driving. I have removed fuses while I research options.
