The Journey I own has the touchscreen in the center. One day while trying to hang up the phone, the entire screen cracked. I can no longer control anything that is controlled by the touchscreen. Dealer says it needs a new screen to the tune of $1400...NOPE. I was told I'm not the only person this has happened to.
