My 2010 Dodge Journey is leaking power steering fluid, will not hold power steering fluid, making loud grinding noises wen I turn, accelerate etc. This is a recall and this VIN should be included in that recall. I am so disappointed with Chrysler Dodge because this is a common issue. If need be I will file any kind of suit necessary! there are many others with the exact problem exact model and year, it's not a coincidence

Twice now I've went to start my car and nothing happens. Lights, radio, etc all come on. Turn key, nothing! not even a clicking noise. I was leaving work the first time it happened. Took turning the key over and over about a dozen times to get it going. Next time I was at gas station. Took over half an hour to get it going. Ended up putting it into neutral to get it to start. Had to try that 4 different times in order for that to work. Have googles this issue on Dodge form and there are numerous people with the same issue. This needs to be a recall!

Without warning, the horn starts blaring, whether we are in the car or not. This happens daily! had to take the fuse out that controls the horn! the alarm would start blaring at night and will not go off, wearing the battery down if we do not hear it in the garage, which is not attached to the house. I have read countless other people with the same problem! not having a horn is dangerous, and I'm not sure if the air bag is affected! Dodge wants $105 to check the problems, and approximately $400 to repair, per the service manager at the dealership. No help from manufacturer!

Several times last week while parked and locked (using the key fob) the horn has randomly honked. Just this week once while driving down the street the horn honked. This has happened 6 other times this week while parked either at my house or at my work. Any ideas what is causing this malfunction?

We've been stranded several times because the car will intermittently decide not to start. The battery and starter are both fine but sometimes the car will crank and then won't for a day or so. Research has led me to believe there is a problem with the neutral safety switch in 2010 Dodge Journey's. there are many forums and blogs out there describing this same issue and there is a trick that sometimes when the car won't crank while in park, you can put the gear in neutral and it will crank up. That worked for us several times but recently, even that trick stopped working. Our car has currently been at a Dodge dealership for 2 weeks and even they don't know what the issue is.

I had a recall on my keys back in 2015 but every since them at will my truck will not start. I have taken to several places for diagnostic testing to see if it is my battery, starter, altenater or loose wiring and they have all come back negative. Every time I take it to the shop or the dealer they tell me the same thing if it is not doing it when I get it to them they cannot find out what the problem is. I am tired of being stranded and paying to have my truck towed and then it starts as soon as I get it home. I need help please!!

Have intermittent starter fails. Often leaves me stranded. Have been able to get it going eventually by jiggling fuses in the fuse box. But I never know when this is going to happen and I have only had the car for 6 months and it has happened 6 times. Vehicle was always turned off and when I went to turn it on, nothing. But there is power in the car, lights and radio etc.

We have a 2010 Dodge Journey that began to have multiple and bizarre electrical issues. The horn began honking randomly and sometimes it just wouldn't start. Now we have battery issue. We replaced the battery but even the new battery drains overnight. I'm paying notes on a vehicle I cannot drive. I was fired from my job (attendance) and desperately need my vehicle to drive so I can get a new job.

Wipers have been turning on unexpectedly for a couple of weeks, now on 4/18/2017 the horn started honking unexpectedly day and night while driving and stationary on or off. Horn also started honking in middle of traffic and other drivers started yelling at me for honking.

In February 2017, vehicle started randomly honking in the middle of the night parked (off) in the garage and went off intermittently for several ours. Had to pull the fuse to get the horn to stop honking. Took to mechanic first time (the couldn't replicate issue) and had car battery replaced- got home 1 hour later and it started again. Took into Dodge dealership and they couldn't replicate the issue either but replaced the key fob batteries and seemed to work for a day. Started all over again. Took it in for the 3rd time (in a month) and had horn wiring harness replaced. Lasted 3 weeks and now its in the shop again for the 4th time and still cannot determine what the root cause is as they claim its not throwing out any "codes" to show what's wrong. Dealership has contacted Chrysler and the aren't sure what to do at this point either.. help!!

Gas cap indicator - message appears on dash stating that gas cap is an issue. I have purchased two gas caps after replacing the original gas cap and still having issues. This occurs while driving. Stall - related to the gas cap issue my vehicle stalled while driving finally shutting off and losing power.

In June 2016 I took my car to bettehausen Dodge in tinley park, il. They did some repairs and since then the horn goes off by itself. The car can be parked with the motor off or you could be driving in traffic and the horn will blow. I took the car back to bettenhausen in August 2016 they did another computer update and the horn is still going off by itself. The horn was find until I took it to bettenhausen in June. Once they finished working on it they horn blows sporadically. Again in August 2016 I had my car towed to bettenhausen because the car broke down. Upon bettenhausen reviewing my car they stated it was the heater hose, a gasket and the anti freeze bottle had a hole in it. It cost me $582 for that repair. The service department also informed me that I needed front and rear motor mounts broken, front and rear struts blown out, front and rear brake pads and rotors warped and worn, right rear wheeling bearing excessive noise. These are major repairs and will cost major money. Why didn't bettenhausen inspect my car thoroughly in June when it was towed in" I think these things were wrong with the car in June but it was inspected by the service department. So I drove around for months with all this wrong with my vehicle. What if I couldn't stop, or a wheel fell off while I was driving the expressway" it was under warranty in June and now it is not and these are major safety hazzards.

Horn keeps going off for no apparent reason including while driving dealer unable to fix which cause a safety concerns for others around me why this is not considered a safety concern and a recall is needed beyond comprehension. Aggravation behind the wheel is not good.

Horn beeps at random times, while parked in driveway, while driving, etc. This causes a severe issue when your horn beeps at others for no reason when driving down road. This seems to be a known issue with this model, however it appears Chrysler doesn't fully understand the cause or fix.
