I kept hearing what I would call a "jake brake" or "air brake" noise when I would accelerate or decelerate. I took it to my Uncle's shop and we identified that it was in the muffler. Later, I took it in to Dodge, told them the problem (and the location) and they couldn't hear it. I finally had the service manager ride with me and pointed out the noise. He said, "Oh, that's why we couldn't find it. I wouldn't describe that as a "jake brake" moise, we call that a "buzz"." OMG...who are these people? Anyway, turns out it was in the glass packs (which is in the muffler like I told them) and they had to replace the muffler....took 3 days to figure this out when I gave them the answer when I dropped it off.....gotta love that!
