There is a crack in the fuel line and in the engine manifold which causes the gas to leak out of the vehicle from the fuel injector which spilled out on the top of the engine. Dealer replaced the fuel rail.
Recall 98V184000 received in mail. Contacted dealer. Took vehicle for repairs for fuel leakage. In the process of repairs, the manifold was broken. Dealer informed owner manifold on back order since 10 Mar 99.
