While driving 55 mph, the right tie rod failed, causing the driver to drift to the side of the road. The consumer had the vehicle towed to the dealership. The mechanic informed the owner that the right upper and lower ball joints had failed.
While driving 45 mph or more, the vehicle began to wobble and caused problems with the steering control. The vehicles steering did not hold steady while driving. The consumer stated there was a recall on the lower control arm, but it did not show up on the NHTSA data base.
