Throttle was stuck. Consumer proceeded to inspect the vehicle and found that the throttle cable broke. After making contact with the manufacturer to obtain a new cable, he was told that cable was no longer available for the year of this model. Consumer was upset because the vehicle would be inoperative without the cable.
