Sitting at a stop light and proceeding to accellerate, the gas pedal stuck to the floor for approximately 10 to 15 seconds. Had to turn the ignition off to stop the vehicle which was going between 30 and 40 mph. Dealer and manufacturer were contacted.
While driving the vehicle, the automatic transmission malfunctioned, causing the vehicle to slow down which may cause an accident. Also while at a stop and applying the gas pedal, the vehicle moves to reverse, almost causing an accident. Cause unknown.
