Consumer complained that after operating vehicle she would attempt to remove ignition key from ignition. Key would stick and become unremovable. Dealership removed center console and cleaned/lubricated shifter rod to correct this defect. Please provide any additional information/attachments.
When getting into the vehicle and putting the key into the ingition, the key keeps getting stuck, and the consumer has to play with key until it comes out. Also, oil light stays on until the key get's out, tranmission is slipping. Vehicle is losing power.
After parking vehicle and releasing key while in drive position, the vehicle then rolls backwards into the woods. Dealer and manufacturer have been notified.
