engine problem
driving down the road and the car just dies no warning , just the cruise control light comes on and it dies right in the middle of the road won't restart for up to 2hrs.

i would be driving it and it would just die right there in the middle of the street, i was scared several times that i was gonna get hit, and then it turns over but wont start

car stalls when driving , also stalls when you are at a stop light. changed fuel filter , same sh*t, fuel pump tested ok do no what to do next.

I had the same problem as the others listed on this page exactly - shut off while driving, wouldn't start, cruise control light came on - it was doing this intermittently for months, and the problem was mechanics couldn't figure out what was wrong - in fact some refused to look at it because it was an intermittent problem - couldn't find out what was going wrong til it finally refused to start period and I had to get it towed in. Found out it was the crank sensor - I hope this helps anyone else who has this irritating problem in the future
