I was 83 at the time and it was very hot. I am crippled and can only walk a short distance, so I was stranded in a deserted area with a flat tire and no spare. I was shocked to find the no spare and could not get a tow truck for 6 hours. I had thought of suing, but know I am too small to fight a giant company. I do think selling a car without a spare is terrible, suppose I had an emergency? I certainly will think twice about my next car.
