This was the SECOND transmission for the van. The original was replaced at the Dodge dealership in 2019 after continuous problems, including the vehicle going dead at highway speed on the interstate numerous times. This time, it refused to shift while we were on vacation 9 hours away from home in Waynesville, NC. I called the dealership in Waynesville and a larger one in Asheville-neither could even look at the van for the next month.
Dodge Customer Care advised me to have it repaired at an independent shop and submit the bill for reimbursement. I did that, and filed the submission on Nov. 5th. Not only has Dodge not paid the claim, my agent refuses to communicate with me at all. She harassed the shop owner for more and more information about the bill, tying up his time for foolish requests. I STILL have not received my reimbursement!!! And I still have not had one reply to many requests for updates.
