Wife driving down our road and hears crackling behind her - Rear Window DISINTEGRATING!

The van was sitting in my Driveway and around 2 pm and I heard an explosion. I went outside and nobody was around and later I saw glass on the ground and the 2nd row window had exploded. I reported it to the dealership where I purchased van and have a pending warranty claim.
