Went to 2 dealerships. One said the service manager was not in, took my number and never called back.The service guy that was there said there was no other simmilar complaints. Said welcome to Saskatchewan roads,weather. Not funny. The other dealership said yea other people had that problem and they had to get it fixed themselves because there is no warranty. There is definitly a design flaw with Dodge Caravan Bumpers but they do not care because there is such a small percentage of Vans they sell do gravel road travel. This is the only vehicle I have owned that has this problem. I have put on 27000 Km and I have to replace My rear bumper at a $1500 cost to me because it has holes the size of golf balls.
