Headrest deployed without warning while vehicle was idle; there was no collision. Was meant to be a safety feature, but could have caused serious injury if someone had been in that seat, or if the driver's side had deployed instead of the passenger seat. Sheer dumb luck no one was injured. Chrysler will not cover the replacement of the headrest. They want almost $900 to replace a defective part with another potentially defective part. This is 100% without a doubt a direct effect of their negligence. This should be treated as a manufacturer recall, and all headrests should be replaced with traditional, non-deploying headrests. This "safety feature" is a complete failure.
