Rocker problem on the penstar engines requires a recall.

I bought a Dodge Grand Caravan with 36K. After a few months began to have a noise in the engine and every time I tried to turn off the engine. I went to several mechanics and all agree that this problem is common in these engines. 3.6 of 6 cylinders. I wonder; Is there any way to claim directly from Chrysler, is there any warranty extension for this problem?

So I bought this vehicle in May of 2015 and it had 40000 mi. on it. I was told at point of sale that because it had a accident on it Dodge was giving me a 2 year unlimited mileage power-train warranty... Now, at 113,XXX the warranty is not coming up, I'm out of state w/out paperwork and I have no idea whats going to transpire. Dealership was very good about getting it in to look at it... (originally a 10 day wait). But my rental fees and repair hang in the balance....
