Purchased Grand Caravan, new problem started at 11,000 miles, had rotors front and back resurfaced and then later had new front rotors put on, went back again because they said previous rotors were warped and replaced again.
Problem is the vehicle vibrates very badly going down hills. Last visit was told nothing further they could do because vehicle was out of warranty. We were told it was because of our driving conditions and where we live, in hilly areas, was told if we had further problems to take it back to original dealership where we brought vehicle. They told us on first visit "oh don't worry about problems, you have warranty and we will give you a free rental to use if car breaks down.
We are seniors who put a large down payment on the vehicle we thought was reliable transportation. This is a safety issue. They need to install slotted rotors and pads. They said on last visit that the pads had a burnt track in them due to heating problem and rotors had bluing from heat. This is not normal. Please someone help us. Thank you
