Window regulator on the driver's side window went out about 2 years ago. My husband bought a new one and replaced it. Saved on labor by him doing it himself. Not long after the passenger window regulator went out and he did the same. Less than a year later the same passenger side window which isn't used much is broken again. So far it has not been fixed. The problem is this is very annoying since my mother had a Plymouth Voyager in the 1980's and the same thing happened to the window regulator on that car. You would think that the parts would be better by now.

Summer time, roll down windows, hear awful noise. I have owned a 20 year old car and recognized this noise on my brand new (for me) 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan. It was the window regular. BEAUTIFUL. A brand new car needing window regulator in just 2 years. Not just one though.. After bringing it to the dealer, they replaced the driver side which had the problem. Great, bring it home. Drive around. Uh oh, noise again! Bring it back, replaced. Oh wait, now the passenger side is making noise! This is so Chrysler made in Canada. Finally in Mid AUGUST (problem started in MID JULY), 4-5 trips to the dealer, the problem was fixed, they just replaced with their new (crappy) parts.

Will never buy a Chrysler or domestic again, imports are little bit expensive but you get quality product, BYE, BYE CHRYSLER
