04-24-2018 to 04-28-2018 My van was returned to Spitzer for the same rattling noise sound like the frame or axle is loose and about to brake when hitting bumps. It was taken in to Spitzer for 04-07-2018 to 04-20-2018. At this service, 04-24-2018 the caliber housing was replaced that should have been found and repaired the first two weeks 04-07-2018 to 04-20-2018 when Spitzer had my van if that was an issue. I paid to have my brakes and shocks repaired after getting my van back from Spitzer 04-28-2018 that Spitzer wrote my van needed. I chose another company, because of the five months it took Spitzer to realize their negligence to lock down my air filter cover after MANY returns to Spitzer during my first oil change on my brand new 68 mile purchased van from them. Also, due to Spitzer misdiagnosis of brake dust, my van had to be towed right back to Spitzer and a rear caliber, brakes, and rotors replace, front brakes and rotors was replaced at another company the following day due to pulling when stops where made. Because Spitzer did not replace front brakes and rotors under the same factory warranty Spitzer said rear caliber, brakes and rotors was repair and covered under.
