By reading everyone else's combined issues I believe this is the problem. At random it wouldn't start, thinking it was battery or alternator we jumped it and nothing. Tow guy said probably starter but it can't be because there is no power either. No locking doors with key fob or rolling up the side window. Completely dead. If any of you are still having problems I found this page with lawsuit info and recall info. Not under the dodge listing but the Chrysler only though 2012 Dodge Caravan was a model I'm the lawsuit thus put on the recall list. Check it out even if you paid for it to be fixed you should be entitled to reimbursement under law suit
