It is ridiculous a two year old van has the seat collapse like this. I weigh 160 lbs so it's not as though I crushed the cushion, and the van didn't have a lot of miles on it. They want almost $400.00 for the cushion plus the labor to put it in. This is a $40,000.00 van. It was still under warranty at the time.
