I bought this van brand new in December 2010 and I thought I was free from costly repairs for a while. I replaced the rear rotors and had the brakes serviced at 22,723 km on Januay 2nd 2913. On January 3rd 2014 I had a 4 wheel brake inspection and was told that the front pads were approx 50% and the rear brakes were approx 60%.
I went to a dealer on March 25th 2014 for a brake inspection and was told that I had to replace the rear brake pads and the rear ROTORS!!!! The mileage on the van is 31367km. The rotors were in bad shape and I could see the imprint of the pads on the rotors so I had no choice but to replace them. I am not a happy customer and I wish that Dodge would take more responsibility for their clearly defective brake system and issue a recall.
