The vehicle was taken to all star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram at 11503 St charles rock rd, bridgeton, mo 63044, (314) 291-2050 where it was diagnosed that the power control module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 125,393. Updated 09/01/17 the consumer stated the back windows would roll down and the sliding side door would open and close, even after the alarm was set.
