I know this should be a recall....The starter is faulty and Dodge knows it!!! I am having to pay for a bad part...because my van is out of warranty, but others should know to complain early if your starter is having any issues or noises....and it should be fixed by Dodge. Wonder how many others are having the same starter issue at very low miles...mine was only at 44K.
