The 3.3 engine uses a quart of oil every 2 weeks but no leaks. The temperature gauge is OK and reads normal but the engine run hotter that normal. The only explanation than comes to my mind is that a hotter engine uses more oil. Its a Dodge and not a Toyota. If I could afford a Toyota I would buy one and not have the kind of problems that come with buying a Dodge or Chevy or Ford, but these mini vans are cheaper and come with their own set of usual problems that they have always had, it will never change. My neighbor has a 2004 Toyota mini van with 350000 thousand miles and the only cost out of pocket is tires, oil change and gas.
